This study investigates the instrinsic criteria of arbitrariness in exercising rights with reference to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet PBUH. This is with the aim of presenting their legal evidences from these two sources. The study also presents the preventive role played by the panel of arbitration. This study has found that there is a good deal of general and specific evidences on these criteria which, in total, give them the authority. It also highlights the role of instrinsic criteria in solving the problems of arbitration and removing its negative impact in all fields of life.
