Research problem, the lack or scarcity of the influential imam in reading Qur'an on the Islamic world level. Following our great Allah be pleased with them and this is the problem of the study. The research aims to make the Imam acquires and possess the skills, as the following: First skill : the skill of (Tarteel), reciting Qur'an in the prayer. Second skill: the skill of good starting and ending (al-wakf wa al-ibteda') in the reciting Qur'an. Qur'an during the prayer. Third skill: the skill of al-taghanni in reciting Qur'an. Fourth skill: the skill of choosing the teacher the prophet (peace be upon him), and his companions (may appropriate verses and suras in the prayer). As for the method, the research followed the inductive and analytical approach for the above mentioning skills from the Qur'an, Sunnah and the heritage of the companions and those scientist who came after them. The research found several conclusions, including: that the term skill has a legitimate origin in the words of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and no doubt these four skills are indispensable for all imams.
