Abstract

This research aims to show the aspects of agreement and difference between Islamic law and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. before all other laws, Islam respecting human rights and human dignity as a human being, for more than fourteen centuries ago. Where Islamic legislation came to the right to preserve human life because it is the creation of Allah in the earth, and which stems from Allah's honor of the human being and his replacement on the earth. All rules of the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet came to protect and preserve human life and gave it priority over others. Islam orders its followers to respect human life with the utmost respect, and no human being has the right to assault it or misuse it for any pretext, reason or excuse. In the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the preservation of life is a right for all human beings, and there is no controversy surrounding it. Rather, the person must preserve and preserve his life. The researcher followed the comparative approach in writing this research. The results of this research including: The provisions and legislations of Islam came in order to care for the human and his natural rights, including the right to life, and it is for every human person because there is no life for people without him. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the basic pillar of human rights and the building of a new world based on the foundations of justice, peace, freedom and equality among all peoples and nations.
