The Retrieving Hadith of Usuli: An Empirical Study

The study of graduation by scholars and fundamentalists is one of the most important mechanisms of judgmental consideration, especially after the loss of the diligent people who have the ability to deal with the detailed evidence in devising the Shari'a rulings that have attained the rank of independence or below. This led the Mujahideen to adhere to the provisions of their imams in branches and assets.
One of the most important types of this science is fundamentalist graduation, which is concerned with the development of fundamentalist rules of jurisprudential assets and branches of jurisprudence, which is the subject of this study, which seeks to explain the concept, and the most important types and some applications.
